Hats
Every Armadillo snapback is adjustable. The question is which crown fits your head.
Standard fit
Most of the lineup. Fits most heads comfortably up to about a 7 5/8 hat size. If hats have never given you trouble, this is you. Order any standard fit hat and adjust the snap.
Deep fit (the Big Head line)
Deep fit means hat sizes 7 3/4 to a true size 8, up to 25 inches (63.5 cm) around. That is the honest limit. Bigger than that, even our deep fit will run small on you, and we would rather tell you now than sell you a return.
Measure your head in 10 seconds: wrap a soft tape measure (or a string, then measure the string) around your head about half an inch above your ears and across the middle of your forehead.
- Under 24 inches: standard fit hats will treat you right.
- 24 to 25 inches (63.5 cm): go deep fit. Shop the Big Head line.
- Over 25 inches: our hats will not fit you right, and we will not pretend otherwise.
Most people guess a size smaller than they measure. Grab the tape before you order.
Tees
Our tees print on Comfort Colors 1717, a garment dyed, ring spun cotton blank with a relaxed fit. It runs true to size with room to move. Order the size you always wear. Sizes S to 3XL.

Our hoodies print on the Independent SS4500 blank. Measurements by size below, in inches.
